Outdoor Switching Station is a pre‑fabricated fully‑enclosed 10kV high‑voltage switchgear distribution equipment with integrated box‑type structure. It is applicable for outdoor scenarios including urban power grids, industrial parks, residential communities and municipal roads. Only 10kV high‑voltage distribution units are installed inside, without power transformers. It is mainly used for collection, sectionalization, interconnection and distribution of 10kV cable lines, serving as the core hub equipment of distribution network ring‑network power supply systems.
Adopting modular ring‑main unit combined design, this product features flexible circuit configuration. It has reliable live‑line switching, fault isolation and ring‑network power transfer functions, which can effectively reduce power‑outage scope caused by line faults and improve power supply reliability of distribution networks. According to requirements, it can be equipped with distribution automation DTU terminals, microcomputer protection devices, voltage monitoring units and backup power supplies. It supports remote monitoring, fault location and automatic isolation to meet operation requirements of smart distribution networks.
The whole unit boasts high protection class, excellent sealing performance and strong weather resistance, and can work under harsh outdoor conditions such as high temperature, rain, snow and dust. Equipped with complete electrical five‑prevent interlock protection, it delivers safe, reliable and maintenance‑free operation.
